Return, Replacement & Refund Policy — Arogyabites
Purchases made from the online store www.arogyabites.com or orders placed via our social media channels or over the phone cannot be returned after purchase.
We offer a full replacement for products that are damaged during transit.
Replacement orders are processed once our customer support team validates the damage through communication over email or phone.
All disputes will be resolved at the sole discretion of the management.
Refunds
All eligible refunds will be processed within 7 – 8 working days to the original source of payment.
Grievance Cell
- All product or shipping-related concerns must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
- Sharing clear pictures of the concern is mandatory.
