At Arogyabites, we are committed to delivering your orders fresh and on time. Please read our shipping guidelines carefully:

Order Processing & Dispatch

Orders placed after 12:00 PM will be processed for dispatch within the next 24 hours.

Delivery timelines:

  • Express Shipping: 2 to 3 working days
  • Free Standard Shipping: 5 to 7 working days

Orders placed on Saturdays after 12:00 PM, Sundays, Government Holidays, or during Festivals will be dispatched on the next working day.

Festival & Peak Season Delays

During festivals or high-demand periods, dispatches and deliveries may take longer due to stock limitations or courier backlogs. We appreciate your understanding in such cases.

Shipping Address & Customer Responsibility

Please ensure that the shipping details provided are accurate.
Arogyabites will not be responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete address information submitted by the customer.

Parcel Condition on Delivery

If the parcel appears tampered, damaged, or suspicious, we advise you to:

  • Do not accept the delivery OR
  • If accepted, mention the issue clearly on the Proof of Delivery (POD) before signing.
  • Please record a video while unboxing to support any claim regarding damage or mishandling.

Express Shipping Availability

Express Shipping is available only in the following states:
Rajasthan, Delhi, Haryana, Gujarat, Maharashtra, Karnataka, Telangana, Tamil Nadu, Andhra Pradesh, Kerala, West Bengal

For all other states, we recommend choosing Free Standard Shipping for better service reliability.

Important Notes on Express Shipping

  • Delivery within 2 to 3 working days is applicable under normal circumstances only.
  • We are not liable for delays caused by unforeseen events such as public holidays, strikes, natural calamities, flight cancellations, delivery center closures, or local disturbances.
  • If your Express Shipping order does not reach you within 2 to 3 working days, we will refund the Express Shipping charges within 5 to 7 working days, subject to our delivery policy.
